Licensed Psychologist

Consultation

To start, we will have a brief phone consultation to discuss what you are looking for from therapy, have your questions answered, establish fees, and schedule a comprehensive evaluation if my services might be right for you.

Evaluation

Following the phone consultation, the comprehensive evaluation aims to better understand your personal history, current concerns, and treatment goals. I will share my impressions and recommendations after its completion. If we agree we are a good fit, we will schedule a time for regular virtual or in-person psychotherapy sessions. If not, I will help connect you with another provider whose expertise is more in line with your needs.

Therapy

I typically see patients once or twice weekly. The duration of sessions and treatment will depend on the nature of your current concerns and treatment goals. We will devise a personalized treatment plan together and discuss how long your treatment course might take. A typical treatment course consists of weekly sessions lasting at least a few months. We will monitor progress toward your goals continuously and reevaluate treatment duration quarterly.

Fees

My fees are available upon request. Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. I do not accept insurance. However, many insurance plans reimburse out-of-network mental health services for as much as 80% of the total cost. I will work with you to provide all the necessary documentation to submit for reimbursement.
